O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 16.04.2021 made in W.P.No.23745 of 2018.

2. When this Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing today, Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has submitted that, pursuant to the orders passed by this Court, enquiry has been conducted by giving notices to both parties and ultimately, orders have been passed by the 2nd respondent i.e., the District Registrar (Administrative) in Na.Ka.No.4401/A4/2021 dated 15.02.2022. Making this submission, the learned Government Advocate has also produced the copy of the said order dated 15.02.2022, where, after enquiry, the issue has been disposed of by a detailed order passed by the 2nd respondent.

3. However, Mr.C.Samivel, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, would submit that, in the said order, the plea of the petitioner raised, has not been properly considered.

4. Be that as it may. That issue cannot be gone into in this Contempt Petition and if at all, the petitioner is aggrieved over the said order dated 15.02.2022 now passed by the 2nd respondent, the same can be assailed in the manner known to law, if the petitioner is advised to do so. However, since that order of this Court has been complied with, the present contempt petition can be closed.

5. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
