This application has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18446 of 2024 dated 01.08.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the Coimbatore, Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., for another period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
