ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The present writ appeal has been instituted challenging the writ order dated 12.09.2022 in W.P.No.23717 of 2022.

2. The writ petitioner is the appellant before this Court. The writ petition had been instituted challenging the auction notice dated 24.08.2022, which was published in the newspaper on 25.08.2022.

3. The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the auction had not been conducted on the scheduled day.

4. Three years have lapsed since then. Thus, the issue raised in the appeal lost its relevance on account of efflux of time. If any grievances exist between the parties, they are at liberty to workout their remedy in the manner known to law. Accordingly, the writ appeal stands disposed of. No costs.
