ORDER

The limited prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation seeking for registration of the decree of nullity granted in H.M.O.P.No.195/2011 dated 28.03.2013 passed by the Principal Subordinate Judge, Cuddalore.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the second respondent have received his representation they have not passed any orders on the same, which amounts to dereliction of their ordinary duty of their office. In view of the limited prayer sought for and without going into merits of the claim, there https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2013 and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and accordingly the writ petition is allowed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
