(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to fix an early date for final disposal of H.C.P.No.1434 of 2021 on medical grounds. 2.

We find no merit in this petition for fixing an early date for final disposal of H.C.P.No.1434 of 2021.

However, we direct the Superintendent of Prison, Central Prison, Hasthampatty, Salem, to provide the best treatment for the detenu viz., Kantharaj, S/o.(Late) Moorthy, in the Government Hospital, Salem, for his ailments and ensure that no calamity befalls. If the health condition of Kantharaj is found to be bad, the prison authorities shall inform the same to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor immediately, so that the main habeas corpus petition can be taken up for final hearing.
