2. The learned counsel for the first respondent/plaintiff objected to this application mainly on the ground that these documents are not relevant to this case and that these documents were filed even at the time when the applications were pending. Therefore, there is absolutely no explanation for the delay caused in filing these documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this Court is inclined to grant leave to the applicant to file additional documents. However, considering the delay caused in bringing these documents, the applicant is directed to pay costs of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) before the State Legal Services Authority, High Court, Madras on or before 10.12.2021.
