Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time in order dated 22.09.2021 in Crl.O.P.no.17045/2021 on the file of this Honourable court for surrendering the petitioner and furnish surety and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.MAGESHKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 22.09.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.17045 of 2021 to execute sureties.
