Ka. 572/A1/2012 passed by the Second Respondent dated 02.04.2012 relating to the Cancellation of Sale Deed dated 28.02.1979 in Document No. 546/1979 and Sale Deed dated 16.11.1995 in Document No. 4088/1995 and quash the same as illegal, unlawful, without jurisdiction and non-est.

O R D E R

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the First to Third Respondents, on instructions, submits that the impugned proceeding Na. Ka. No. 572/A1/202 passed by the Second Respondent has been rescinded by order dated 17.04.2018 passed by the District Registrar and the sale-deed dated 16.11.1995 registered as Document No. 4088/1995 has been annulled, and a memo to that effect has been filed.

In view of the same, Learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the subsequent events, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
