2.Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the movie was released in theatres yesterday and that, therefore, the respondent is not in a position to comply with the direction to establish the escrow account before the movie is released. If the applicant intends to seek modification of the order an appropriate application should be filed for such purpose after serving the same on learned counsel for the respondent.
