JUDGMENT

The learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Appeal and she has also made an endorsement to that effect, reserving the right to file an appeal before the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file an appeal before the Principal District and Sessions Court. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
