A.No.4408 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 268 days in filing the application to the set aside the abatement in the above suit. A.No.4409 of 2023 has been filed to set aside the abatement due to the cause of death of the 1st defendant in the above suit. A.No.4410 of 2023 has been filed to bring the legal heirs of the 1st defendant Mr.Senthilvel (deceased) viz., 1. Padmini, 2. Mrs. Cauvery, 3.Ms.Sandra Priyadarshini, 4 Ms.Oviya Shivakumar, 5. Nikhil Shivakumar as proposed defendants 11 to 15 in the above suit.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that he has no objection in allowing these applications.

4. In view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis support of these applications, these applications are allowed.
