Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records made in impugned order No.18134/Tha.Ku.2/2021 dated 15.11.2021 on the file of the third respondent herein and quash the same as illegal and direct the respondents to grant three months leave to the detenue G.Rajiv Gandhi s/o.Gopalakrishnan, aged 39 years, who is now confined in Central Prison, Cuddalore District, on humanitarian consideration to secure the ends of justice.
