Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order passed by the second respondent dated 18.07.2019 and quash the same and further direct the second respondent to issue the certified copy of certificate in the name of petitioner's father namely Sankara Subramaniya Iyer @ Sankar Iyer, S/o. Pethavai Iyer who is one and the same.

When the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner was required to show the legal provision under which the Second Respondent had the power to issue certificate that various names in different documents related to the same person, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to work out his remedies for necessary relief before the competent forum in the manner recognized by law and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.
