Respondents Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent DEO in O.Mu.No.1416/1417/A4/2004 dated 25.03.2004, QUASH THE SAME, and further DIRECT the respondents herein to approve forthwith the transfer and appointment of A. Joseph Albert Raj as Headmaster in RC Primary School, Avudayanoor w.e.f.07.10.2003 with all attendant benefits.
