ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the entire records relating to the case registered in Crime No.821 of 2016 pending on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in Crime No.821 of 2016, the investigation was completed and charge sheet was already filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Coimbatore, and it is yet to be taken on file.

3. In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, I am of the opinion that nothing survives in this petition for adjudication.

4. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
