Respondent PRAYER:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondent in Lr.No.AU/CCC/ Orders/2019, dated 23.10.2019 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondent to reappoint the petitioner as a Teaching Fellow/Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering in any of the colleges affiliated to Anna University within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has submitted a letter to the Registry dated 13.06.2022 to that effect.

2. In view of the aforesaid letter and submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition

stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
