ORDER

The contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance with the order of this Court dated 29.08.2023.

2. This Court, by an order dated 29.08.2023, remitted the matter by setting aside the order of the third respondent and directed the respondents to conduct a de nova consideration after hearing both the rival claims and, no objections, if any, by other legal heirs, and to pass appropriate orders thereafter.

3. It is the contention of the respondents that they have already issued notice to the respective parties, however, none has appeared. 3/5

4. Let a fresh notice be issued to all the parties concerned, and thereafter, order shall be passed. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
