This petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the fair and decreetal order dated 26.07.2019 passed in E.P.No.545 of 2019 in RCOP No.1892 of 2015 on the file of the learned XIII Small Causes Court, Chennai.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, the revision petitioner challenges only the docket order dated 26.07.2019, which is still pending. Therefore, the learned counsel would submit that the certified copy of the said docket order has already been obtained and it would be produced before the Court for perusal and accordingly, the requirement of the fair and decreetal order can be dispensed with.

3. Considering the same, this petition is ordered subject to the production of the certified copy of the docket order dated 26.07.2019 made in E.P.No.545 of 2019 in RCOP No.1892 of 2015 on the file of the learned XIII Small Causes Court, Chennai.
