ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to measure the land comprised in Survey No.539/3Z2 measuring 0.1.70 ares bearing Patta No.9320 situated at Varadarajapuram Village, Kundrathur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, more fully described in the schedule to the petition, in pursuance of the payments made towards subdivision by challan dated 02.09.2021 forwarded by the representation of the petitioner dated 02.09.2021 and identify the land as per the boundaries.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.09.2021, after https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

issuance of notice to the petitioner, adjacent land owner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
