O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to consider and dispose the representation made by the petitioner on 09.04.2025 by requesting the respondents 1 & 2 to enquire the matter and stop the unauthorized constructions made by the 4th respondent herein at No.162, J.N.Road, Thiruvallur, Pin-602 001.
2. Mr.M.Rajendran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the 1st respondent. Mr.P.Srinivas, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent. Notice to the respondents 3 & 4 is dispensed with, as no adverse order is going to be passed against them. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that he is one of the members of St.Francis De Sales Church, Thiruvallur and the Churth Authorities decided to construct a pucca building for the Church. Subsequently, the Church Administrated started constructing a commercial complex in the area earmarked for two wheeler parking area of the members. Though the members of the Church requested the Church Administration to stop the work, their request poured into deaf ears. It is further case of the petitioner that he made a representation dated 09.04.2025 to the respondents 1 and 2 with a copy to the respondents 3 & 4 to stop the illegal activity of the Church, there was no response from the respondents 1 & 2. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent stated that a reasonable time may be granted to the 2nd respondent to look into the issue and to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and 3/6
taking note of the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the 2nd respondent to to consider the representation dated 09.04.2025 of the petitioner, by giving an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, R3 and R4 and thereafter, pass necessary orders. Such an exercise shall be carried out within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
