PRAYER: Application filed under Order XIV Rule 8 of Original Side Rules r/w Section 9 (ii) (c) (d) and (e) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 praying to furnish the security for the sum of Rs.11,14,308.63/- within a time fixed by this Court failing which to order attachment of immovable properties morefully described in the schedule to the judges summon till enforcement of the award passed in the arbitration proceedings. For Applicant : No appearance For Respondent : M/s.M.A.Balasubramanian O R D E R This application has been filed to direct the respondents furnish security for a sum of Rs.11,14,308.63/- failing which to attach the immovable property of the respondents morefully described in the schedule, till the enforcement of the Award that may be ultimately passed in the arbitration proceedings.

2. It is seen from the records that this application is pending from the year 2019. Though the learned counsel for the applicant sought time to get instructions in the last hearing as to whether arbitration has been initiated or not the same has not been informed to this Court. There is no representation

on behalf of the applicant. In such view of the matter, I am not inclined to pass any interim order, hence this application is closed. Sd/.N.S.K.J.
