Alleging that the order of this Court dated 13.06.2019, made in W.M.P.No.16031 of 2019 in W.P.No.16344 of 2019 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the aforesaid order has been complied with and produced a copy of the proceedings in Proc.Rc.No.46/ 2018-19 dated 24.09.2019 to that effect.

3.In view of the above, this contempt petition stands closed. Consequently, connected application is closed.
