The call letter issued by the Labour officer, vide proceedings in Na.Ka No.360 of 2013, dated 24.05.2013 is under challenge in the present writ petition.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner has made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the final order has been passed by the Labour Officer and the said order is challenged before the Labour Court by the workmen. Thus, all the issues and grounds raised in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

writ petition shall be adjudicated before the Labour Court in the pending proceedings. In this view of the matter, no further adjudication is required in this matter and the writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
