This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13258 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.18262 of 2022 dated 25.08.2022 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police twice in a week i.e on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30pm., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondent would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.13258 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.18262 of 2022 dated 25.08.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Monday of every month at 10.30am., until further orders.
