Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the earlier order dated 01.02.2024, without fail, and that the investigation is pending.

2. In view of the above submission made by him, this Court is inclined to relax the condition in paragraph No.3 imposed against the petitioners in in Crl.M.P.No. 1304 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.14154 of 2023 dated 01.02.2024.

3. In all other aspects, the order dated 01.02.2024 shall remain unaltered.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered, the condition in paragraph No.3 imposed against the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No. 1304 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.14154 of 2023 dated 01.02.2024, is totally relaxed.
