This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply the order and surety by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16505 of 2024 on 15.07.2024.

2. The petitioners are unable to comply the conditions of this Court issued on 15.07.2024, due to non availability of the sureties and hence, this petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the nature of offences, this petition is ordered and one month time is extended to the petitioners to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
