ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to quash the order dated 18.11.2021 passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.A2/4500/20-21 and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to meddle with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the fourth respondent herein.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous and nothing survive in this petition. She has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
