The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to modify the conditional amount imposed in the order dated 03.07.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.1220 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.No.143 of 2024. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the amount imposed by this Court is exorbitant and the petitioner is poor person and is not able to pay the amount and prayed to modify the condition.
4.Since the petitioner has on his own volition agreed to pay the conditional amount suspension of sentence alone was granted, hence, filing of petition seeking to modify the conditional amount later is not sustainable.

pri 5.At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to grant further time to comply with the order dated 03.07.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.1220 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.No.143 of 2024.
6.This petition is dismissed. However, considering the request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, time granted by this Court in the order dated 03.07.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.1220 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.No.143 of 2024 is further extended by a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
