Sec., School" for not submitting the TET Pass Certificate and to pay salary to the petitioner and consequently direct the respondents to issue TET Passing Certificate to the petitioner. 1/4

O R D E R

The instant Writ Petition has been filed seeking a prayer directing the respondents not to terminate the petitioner from the present post of B.T. Assistant (Science).

2. When this Court put a pertinent question to the learned counsel for the petitioner as to his appointment order, the learned counsel fairly submits that the management who is not a party here, has already sent a proposal to the fourth respondent on 24.01.2025 and in pursuance thereof, the fourth respondent considered the proposal on 05.02.2025 and wanted some documents from the petitioner school.

3. In view of the above position, this Court without going into the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to pass final order, upon the proposal sent by the De Britto Hr. Sec. School, Devakottai to the fourth respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on its own merits and in accordance with law.
