This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 131 days in representing the Civil Revision Petition in C.R.P.SR.No.34954 of 2024.

2. Mr.K.Sridhar, learned counsel entered appearance for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

" the petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five hundred only) to the credit of "Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai".

4. The petitioners on complying with the above condition, the Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition in C.R.P.SR.No.34954 of 2024, if it is, otherwise, in order.
