2.The learned counsel for the 1st respondent/plaintiff is present and submitted that he has no objection for allowing this application. 3.The learned counsel for the 1st respondent/plaintiff submitted that this case is pending for recording evidence of PW-1 from June 2022. The defence have taken adjournments several times for cross examination and come up with this application.
