C.M.P.No.17250 of 2022 in C.M.A.SR.No.102945 of 2022 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 89 days in filing the above appeal against the award dated 09.03.2022 made in M.C.O.P.No.647 of 2016 on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special District Court, Dharmapuri.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents have stated no objection to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this Petition is allowed and delay of 89 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.D.Ramesh Kumar, learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 5 and Mr.S.Vadivel, learned counsel for the 8th respondent in the cause list at the time of admission.
