Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari to call for the records made in impugned order dated 3.7.2025 made in Vide V.Aa.No.73/S.M.W.A/Krishnagiri passed by the 2nd respondent, published in Malai Murasu Newspaper dated 04.07.2025 pertaining to Public Auction/Tender of temple lands of Arulmighu Sivasubramaniam Thirukoil, Hosur, Krishnagiri and quash the same as illegal, void and unconstitutional.

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) At the outset, learned Special Government Pleader (HR & CE) appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 would submit that the auction notice impugned in this petition regarding rent license of the land belonging to Arulmighu Shiva Subramania Swami Temple stands cancelled.
