ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case pertaining to the petitioner's complaint dated 27.12.2015.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint to the second respondent on 27.12.2015, but the respondent police had not taken any steps to register a case and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.
3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.665 of 2015 has been conducted and closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
