Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation of L.Ramaiya Chettiar dated 06.10.2021 and 24.08.2021 in accordance with law. ORDER

The writ petition is filed for direction directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation of L.Ramaiya Chettiar dated 06.10.2021 and 24.08.2021 in accordance with law.

2. Heard, Mr.R.Vijayaraghaven, the learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai, Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

3. The petitioner submitted representation to cancel the patta issued in favour of the respondents 5 to 11 herein on production of fabricated documents and it is pending on the file of the respondents 1 to 4 herein.

4. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh application before the fourth respondent challenging the patta issued in favour of the respondents 5 to 11 herein within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the fourth respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the respondents 5 to 11 herein and, after giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
