ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioners in connection with the complaint lodged by one G.Pavithra D/o.Gopi @ Govindan. 2.It is the case of the petitioners that the first petitioner is a widow and the second petitioner is her second son and is working in a private company. Her elder son by name S.Vedapuri @ Kamalakannan is working in Indian Army and is now at Srinagar Border. During his visit on holidays, the said S.Vedapuri @ Kamalakannan used to go to the first petitioner's sister house, whose opposite house is belonging to one Gopi @ Govindan and he was having friendship with one G.Pavithra, D/o.Gopi @ Govindan. While so, the said G.Pavithra lodged a complaint before the respondent with false allegations.
Pursuant to the same, the respondent is forcing the petitioners to procure the presence of the said S.Vedapuri @ Kamalakannan, failing which, false case will be foisted against them and they will be detained in the police station. Apprehending the same, the petitioners are before this Court with the present petition for the above stated relief.

3.When the matter came up for hearing, Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry), who took notice for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that though a complaint was received, after due enquiry, further action was dropped against the petitioners herein.
4.In view of the submission so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry), the apprehension of the petitioners is unnecessary. Hence, recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar rk To
