Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records of G.O.Ms.No.132 issued by the first respondent dated 09.02.2016, quash the same and allow the 3rd respondent to go on without interference of the 2nd respondent.

O R D E R

After some arguments, the petitioner/party-in-person seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to agitate this issue as and when any action is taken under the Government Order under the TNPID Act before the appropriate Court.

2. Mr.Manishankar, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents clearly stated that there is no pressure given by police as alleged by the petitioner and also assured that no such pressure will be given to them except in the manner known to law.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the petitioner/party-in-person, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to agitate this issue as and when any action is taken under the Government Order under the TNPID Act before the appropriate Court. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
