ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.15 of 2025 from the third respondent and transfer the investigation to 1 / 4

the fourth respondent or any other competent agency.

2. The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, are the grounds for not transfer of investigation from the third to fourth respondent.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that due to delay in getting the Viscera report, they are unable to conclude the investigation and file the charge-sheet. In view of the same, the respondents-Police are directed to expedite the investigation and file the charge-sheet within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law, after filing of the charge-sheet, if he is so aggrieved. 28.07.2025 cs To
