This miscellaneous petition is filed to condone the delay of 341 days in filing the above appeal against the award dated 27.04.2024 in M.A.C.T.O.P.No.1365 of 2022 on the file of the Hon'ble Additional Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, at Puducherry.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and interest for the delay period is ordered to be waived.

3.Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal if it is otherwise in order and list the matter on 14.08.2025.
