ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Government Advocate produced a copy of the letter of the respondent dated 21.3.2017, wherein, it has been specifically stated by the Inspector of Police, Krishnagiri Taluk Police Station that the issue involved herein is between two rival groups and the same is entrusted with the Revenue Divisional Officer and that, there was no harassment caused to the petitioner by the respondent police.

3. Recording the statement made by the respondent in his letter dated 21.03.2017, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
