(The case has been heard through video conferencing) Mr.K.Selvakumaraswamy, learned counsel for the appellant would submit that this Court, while dismissing the earlier appeal, had directed the trial court to complete the trial within a period of four months and that the trial has not yet commenced so far. However, he seeks permission to withdraw this appeal with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the concerned trial court. Permission is granted. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the concerned trial court.
