(Order of the Court was made by Dr.ANITA SUMANTH.,J.) We find absolutely no justification to condone the delay of 75 days in filing the Writ Appeal.

2. However, Mr.S.P.Sudalaiyandi, learned counsel for the respondent does not raise any objection to the delay condonation.

3. Hence, taking a lenient view of the matter and on the concession of the learned counsel for the respondents, the delay of 75 days in filing the Writ Appeal is condoned. This Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same for admission.
