The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for the records pertaining to C.C.No.9510/2014, pending on the file of the Learned XI-Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Saidapet, Chennai and quash the charges laid against the Petitioner/2nd Accused alone.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
