Prayer:
Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's Representation Dated 13.07.2022 requesting the respondents herein to make appropriate enquiry and to order for the transfer of the T.S.L.R for T.S.No.87 of n extent of acres 3.68 cents situated in Tiruvannamalai Town in the name of the petitioner's sangam and pass orders.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition to consider his representation dated 13.07.2022.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the official respondent. In view of the consent expressed by the learned counsel appearing for either side, this petition is taken up for final disposal. 2/6
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's sangam is the owner of the subject property and they are also paying the municipal taxes and Electric consumption charges to the above property regularly. Therefore they have been regularly requesting the 3rd respondent to transfer the T.S.L.R for acre 3.68 cents in T.S.No.87 of Tiruvannamalai Town in the name of petitioner's sangam. However, till date no orders have been passed. Hence, this writ petition is filed with the aforesaid prayer.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.07.2022 and pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time fixed by this Court.
5. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 13.07.2022 3/6
will be considered by the respondent within a reasonable time fixed by this Court.
6. Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.07.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above terms, this present writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
