This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22148 of 2022 dated 13.09.2022 passed by this Court as the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30am., and 5.30pm for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had undergone surgery and he is suffering from infection. Thereby, the petitioner was unable to comply with the conditions. He would further submit that the petitioner will start complying the conditions from 10.10.2022 and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22148 of 2022 dated 13.09.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police for a period of two weeks from 10.10.2022 and thereafter, report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
