It is submitted that the Aadhaar card of the second petitioner is in the name of 'Vikramsingh Preetamsingh Chhabria'. Preetamsingh Chhabria is the father of the second petitioner/Vikram Singh Chhabria. As such, the Registry be directed to accept the Aadhaar card of the petitioner in the name of 'Vikramsingh Preetamsingh Chhabria'.

2. The Registry shall verify the name of the father of the second petitioner and if the same is in order, may permit the second petitioner herein to withdraw the amount as has been permitted by this Court under order dated 19.09.2022.

3. The miscellaneous petition stands disposed of.
