The learned Senior Counsel for the appellant submits that the present petition is filed seeking directions against the Registry to allow the second applicant to withdraw 1/3rd share of the first applicant. Power of attorney has been issued in favour of the second applicant by the first applicant.

The Registry shall verify the power of attorney and its authenticity. If the same is in order, the Registry may permit the second applicant to withdraw the share of the first applicant.

The miscellaneous petition stands disposed of.
