This Petition has been filed to grant an order of interim injunction restraining the respondents from alienating or disposing or encumbering the suit property in O.S.No.73 of 2007 on the file of the Principal District Court Puducherry pending disposal of the AS.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of both sides.

3.Having been not satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, I am inclined to dismiss this Petition.

4.Accordingly, this CMP.No.19157 of 2019 is hereby dismissed.
