ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner/defacto complainant to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.360 of 2023 pending on the file of Panruti Police Station, Cuddalore District and file final report within a time to be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation was already over and the charge sheet has also been filed and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.367 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Panruti.
