Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to survey the petitioner lands in survey No.706/3, 706/3, 707, 725, 735, 735, 736/1A, 736/1B and re-survey the petitioner lands in survey No.644, 774, 768 as per dated 24.06.2016, Krishnagiri district, Denkanikottai Taluk, Sathanur Village No.4 and direct the respondents to delete the entries entered in revenue records of the lands in Survey No.644 new sub division dated 02.01.2008, Survey No.774, 768 new sub division dated 08.07.2013 by considering the petitioner representation dated 26.08.2016. O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus directing the respondents to consider his representation dated 26.08.2016.

2. The petitioner today produced copies of the plaint in O.S.No.26 of 2016 pending before the learned Additional District Judge, Harur. The subject matter in the said original suit and the present writ petition are one and same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Therefore, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to work out his remedies before the Civil Court.

3. Hence, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to work out his remedies before the Civil Court. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
